I’m actually in an emergency and needed this letter to come today. If it doesn’t come by 5:00 tomorrow afternoon I’m totally screwed for the weekend. I should have just paid the $30 for regular mail and got it Monday. The guy was on the phone with me and my grandma yesterday afternoon and assured me if we paid this much it would be here today by the end of business hours. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for wasting my money UPS. Really appreciate it. You could have at least been decent enough to tell me the truth from the beginning so I didn’t waste my money.

He was so patient with teaching him the ropes of the job. I think a business thrives on how it treats its employees and this guy does so very well. Super nice store, super nice employees, just a super nice place to do business.
