  If I could give a negative star, I would. I ordered gifts for my boys and their dad for Valentine's Day. I ordered them from Amazon and all three gifts were ordered on the same order. One gift was delivered but the other two gifts did not get delivered. In fact, the carrier lied and said that the package wasn't delivered due to not being able to get down the driveway. We have a long drive way with nothing blocking it. Then I tracked the package through USPS and they said the reason for not being delivered was due to animal interference. How was there not an animal interference for the one package but one for the other? The gifts were all ordered on the same order with the same delivery date! I just want the carrier to know they stole from kids!!!! I pray that you reap what you sow!

  The people who work in the office are always kind to me, but the drivers constantly claim they cannot deliver an item for reasons that are untrue. Whoever was driving Sunday 2/15/26 did not even attempt to deliver our package. Reasoning says (mailbox was full) The item was a mattress… Even vacuum sealed - it should’ve been left at the door from the get go. I desperately needed it tonight. Disappointed :(

  So many issues with this post office. Mail being crammed into our mailbox and damaged, even when raining, which results in wet mail and packages. I've called the number given to me BY THEIR CLERK and it yields no response. Our packages are not delivered even though they tell the online service that they were. Missing packages that have never shown up COUNTLESS times. The community is left with zero resolutions to these issues. I run a small business and will take my products to another location to ship them simply because I do not trust this post office location to handle properly. Not to mention their inconsistent business hours. They need to be inspected. IMMEDIATELY

  ZERO STARS but wouldn’t let me. Our kids Christmas cards were ripped open and destroyed. Not to mention money and gift cards STOLEN from inside. Come to find out several neighbors in our subdivision had their cards and packages opened with items STOLEN as well. Although, they were nice enough to shove the pieces into a “we care” bag and retape the big envelope like it was an accident. This post office should be shut down and investigated by the postal inspector!

  Ongoing delivery issues with this post office. Mail is routinely stuffed into our small mailbox even when it clearly doesn’t fit, resulting in damaged items. If something won’t fit, it should be placed in a parcel locker or delivered to the porch basic stuff. Because of how unreliable this service has been, I now request UPS or FedEx whenever possible. I’m not the only one dealing with this; multiple neighbors have had similar problems, and this has been going on well before the holiday season. Very disappointing and frustrating.
