- MOMichelle Oxford6 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, an item was out for delivery, and I received a notice that the “driveway or front door was obstructed.” That’s a lie. Also, the item was small and would have fit in the mailbox. Why not just tell the truth. The mail carrier is too lazy to do the job. Yesterday’s mail was a disaster as well. So much stuffed in the box, that the door wouldn’t shut and I needed a crowbar to get it out. I’m glad it wasn’t raining. It’s no wonder the USPS is failing.

The times I can actually get in they’re always acting like you’re an inconvenience. Worst post office ever!!!

This was two days ago cannot get through the infernal robo crap that you get with the uses number and the actual hours of operation at the new market post office are so inconsistent that I've driven there twice and no one there They should just be shut down we can drive the extra miles to Hazel green whete they are professional and know what rhey are doing
- BMBrian MayJun 24, 20251.0Alcon, I live at the end of a caludisac and since retirement from the Military, 1 Jan 2015, my landscaping on numerous occasions with photos and videos have run over the rocks (big rocks) this is designed to keep them off my yard in which i pay for lawn doctors to treat and take care of my yard. There are rocks placed all over at the edges of folks property in the neighborhood because of lazy shortcut drivers and once again 23 Jun 2025 they hit the rocks before mailbox sending them all over the driveway. While it may be difficult to deliver to my box being at the end of a caludisac then stop and get out to put mail in my box. Maybe 30 seconds to accomplish this task without taring up the landscaping. How about stopping and fixing the mess or maybe a knock on the door that they ran over my landscaping sorry. This has been brought to the attention of the postmaster in New Market in the past and it still continues. One time accident head space and timing got it. This is called leaving a scene. I got no issues using the driveway to position their vehicle to deliver the mail. STOP HITTING AND DRIVING ON THE PROPERTY BEFORE AND AFTER THE MAILBOX. Laziness total disrespectful for other people's property and can't seem to drive on the designated road way. Stop saying its a new driver, if that is the case they should not be on the roadway period. Not a good look for USPS when the organization is 9 billion dollars in debt. I suggested one fix above but I will let them figure it out before I have to help them figure it out.
