I’ve had to contact Amazon a few times to correct her mistakes, because I never get the packages back. Luckily, they’ve been helpful and understanding. USPS was useless. Everyone makes mistakes, but when you continuously do it, it’s no longer a mistake. It’s either on purpose or you just don’t care.
