They have misplaced items several times and when I called to ask about missing items they will lie in a heart beat. Instead of being honest and saying they made a mistake. There needs to be a closer look into this mail location. I know its a small town but we all care about our mail and packages also.

Carrier and post master are very apologetic, but continue to make the same mistakes. Poor service should be reported to the 1-800 number but do not be discouraged by the long wait time. Sorry, to go this route but this is the only WAY for CHANGE!
