Tried getting a Valentine's Day gift for my partner only to be left completely disappointed, they didn't even bother going up the driveway. Rescheduled for the 17th and still not there, nor has there been any updates in regard to when it should arrive.
You can't even get in contact with a person with customer service, the other reviews don't leave me hopeful for much help I don't know how people think they can run a business like this.

This post office has been on the news for its poor service before, and it still isn’t any better. I’ve had packages that have been out for delivery for 2+ days and they are showing delayed or transferred to another carrier. We haven’t gotten actual mail in 3 days now. I have heard that there are packages stacked up in the back of the office that aren’t getting scanned and delivered out because “they don’t feel like it”. And if this is true, there needs to be all new staff brought in. The USPS is FEDERAL. Do your job.

As a wedding stationer with a constant need for large quantities of postage, I choose to drive to my hometown of Moundville for purchases. Their post office offers excellent service, a good variety of stamps, and the staff is always willing to assist, even by contacting other locations when my need exceeds their stock. -Robin

There carriers lack integrity and professionalism. This is why usps is such a joke.
