My packages are constantly not showing up and they say delivered. Sometimes the neighbor gets them one street over with the same street number I have. I get medicine and medical supplies through the mail and I need my items. I wouldn’t order it if I didn’t need it . Pay attention to what you’re doing people. It’s not that hard to read a name and address on a mailbox and compare it to the mail piece. If I could get out to go to my neighbors to get my items I’m sure I could go to the store and buy the items and wouldn’t need you to deliver. Then they won’t answer the phone so I can ask where they delivered my oxygen tubing!!!!

My review is to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the ongoing issues I have experienced with my Moundville Post Office. The level of service has been consistently unacceptable, and I feel as though I have exhausted all avenues of resolution. Despite trying to work with the new postmaster in good faith, I continue to experience a lack of accountability and professionalism from the postal carrier on my route. As a federal employee, I expect a higher standard of conduct and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I maintain both a PO Box and receive mail at my residential address, yet package delivery has been a constant struggle. On numerous occasions: Packages have been left on the side of the road, exposed to rain and theft. Some were later placed in trash bags in an unprofessional manner. Others simply were not delivered at all, with no explanation or follow-up. This ongoing inconvenience is unacceptable. It has forced me to make alternative arrangements repeatedly, wasting time and resources. What is most troubling is that there appears to be no accountability for these actions, and the current postmaster’s lack of oversight seems to have enabled this behavior to continue from this postal delivery. I intend to escalate this matter to both my local representatives and my senator, as I believe federal standards are not being upheld, and my right to reliable postal service is being violated. Im done playing nice with this post office.

I was afraid my packages had been sent back but they figured me out. Outstanding job most places would have just returned them.

There carriers lack integrity and professionalism. This is why usps is such a joke.

Friendly & very helpful. My questions R always answered, courteously. I have yet 2 visit a post office in Moundville or Tuscaloosa that was any different. A whole lot depends on how customers present themselves. 👍☺
