- LBLevel -4 BuckarooDec 31, 20251.012/30/25 mid morning I dropped a package and once again the employee made sure sure reached over to rate herself a green smiley before I could rate her. She does it every time, I finally said hey that's the customers deal you can't rate yourself. She laughs and says she was just trying to help but there was no delay she hit that green smiley to rate herself like she was a game show contestant. Another day the employee was sick and telling me to hurry up because she had to go home, I hate she was sick but I am sending a package and would like to make sure it goes to the right place.

I have been in here several times, and I here the staff (usually it's two women) talking loudly about work issues and gossipy stuff right in front of waiting customers. There is an older white lady that was just going on and on loudly and it made us all pretty uncomfortable. Very odd and unprofessional. When the men are behind the counter, the place is just a normal Post Office.
