In December 2025 this pist office started sending our mail pack to the senders. I haven’t received a very important letter yet that was mailed out on December 31st. We requested to see the postmaster but they won’t let us talk to him. They lied and said they talked to the apartment manger and I wasn’t on the lease. My sister told them they were lying because she talked to the apartment manager. The water bill company notified my sister for late payment is how we found out the mail was not being delivered. The manager we spoke asked us to fill out a change request form again. I asked for what, since my sister has been living in the same place for 11 years and I have lived there for 4 years. You all lost my sister’s husband will for three weeks, which was sent certified, next day delivery because her husband was in the hospital. Unfortunately, he died before the will was delivered and returned opened. The manager made up some lane excuse about the postman transferring to Prattville and we would have a lady postwomen. It’s been three more weeks and we still don’t have all our mail. The postman said it had been returned but when my sister asked if we had mail he went back and brought 5 letters that didn’t have address incorrect on them but unable to deliver. Your score is really a 0. I’m going to start today posting your address a 0 every week until you rectify this situation.

Packages left in my yard half way to my house or at the mailbox because they are to dang lazy to put them on my side porch. Montgomery USPS is the worst postal service I have ever dealt with, as if they don't care as long as they get paid.......

I look forward to getting my packages. If I wanted to pick up my packages, I would get a PO Box. They can’t ever tell me why I had to pick it up.
