Ms. Zandra was incredibly helpful, professional, and super sweet! She helped me locate my package and coordinated to help me pick it up from another facility! She needs a raise!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PASSPORT! Scheduled 3 appointments only for the person to not be there all 3 times.

Long line today, but 2 postal workers working smoothly thru the chaos. Unfortunately they had no Christmas stamps, but did give some suggestions for other locations that might still have some.

We came for a walk in as listed on the website on a Saturday morning. While the man who does passports was there, he did not help us as “we don’t take walk ins on Saturday. You need to make an appointment “. We made appointments for a Friday morning. When we arrived for our appointment we were told the person who does them did not show up for work that day. After driving to Montgomery multiple times we have not been able to get assistance with passports.

I tried to ship a package at the USPS store and the guy up there was trying to flirt with me and completely forgot to ship my package. I had to go back up there and make sure he ships the package. So he ended up shipping the package, but he pressed the verification button, which verifies that I consent to the package being sent. I realized I didn’t press the consent button and had to go all the way back up there and make sure the street address is correct and the girl that was up there with him takes up for him saying that i Did consented when in actuality I didn’t. So I had to argue with her and finally she verified my package for me. I pray that she actually verified it because that’s money that I lose if the package comes back invalid. I was shipping a free product so I’m very sensitive about where the money goes. If it were up to me they would be fired
