I just got hung up on multiple times then ignored for trying to ask for the manager. They lose packages often and the excuse this time (only could find out through the website) was that "customer requested it not to be delivered" what?!? I even paid extra on the shipping... Im so done with this office and the people who show no regard for their customers. Its happened multiple times. If you can get your package from another USPS in Montgomery, please try to avoid hours of frustration and do so.
