It was a complete ordeal to get any help, which left me very dissatisfied. Due to this negative experience, I have decided not to use UPS for my business deliveries in the future. I am also considering locking my accounts to prevent packages from being sent via UPS altogether. I refuse to pay for such poor service. For a company to retain customers, it needs to treat them with respect and provide quality customer service, especially in a competitive market where options are abundant.
