The workers were too busy standing around laughing to help, and when I did get help I was told they are all technicians for the fingerprint service, but they have no idea how to help. I cannot understand why so many people are being paid to stand there and do nothing.

Josh has been so helpful as have several others. I am elderly and many times I have packages that are too bulky or heavy for me to carry. I only had to ask one of the staff once if they could help me carry my packages out to my car- now every time I come to pick up a package, the staff person helping me always offers to carry my packages to my car for me-even though it may only be one small piece. The staff is friendly, helpful and is quick to offer any help or information they can to help you.
