  Drivers in Montgomery are stealing packages before they even get to the house. Taking blurry pictures in the truck and marking them delivered. Meanwhile my son checking the mailbox and my neighbor just pulling up from work at the same time they're marking our packages delivered. And UPS saying we have to dispute it with the sender and won't allow us to file a claim.

  Absolutely horrible experience. They tried to charge me $3 PER PAGE to electronically scan something. That should not be allowed. The customer service was not kind. I will not be back and would rather drive extra than go here.

  I had them pack & ship a box for me. It was 13inch plates that weighed 5 lbs. It cost a little over $15. A couple of days later I shipped a little 4 inch square box that weighed less than a pound. It cost me almost $29. They both were going to towns in AL. They both were going just regular ground shipping. I looked up prices on the website & it was $17. When I asked the manager, she said their prices change every day & the scales are not always the same. I will protest at the main office!!

  I mailed a package on 02/09/2026 from Wetumpka, Al to Onamia, MN. This package was needing some additional tape to the box before shipping. I asked the counter worker could I use the tape to seal the box. She stated, that they would add the additional tape before shipping. So therefore, I trusted her to do that. However, after speaking with the receiving person the bottom of the box was not sealed tight. I am fortunate that it stayed sealed until it arrived. My point is if you (as the employee are not going to do what is necessary for a customer then by all means let the customer use the tape).
