  Why anyone uses fedex at all is crazy. My package has been sitting in Montgomery for 4 days with no attempt at delivery. You can't get anyone on the phone and their website doesn't even function correctly. All businesses need to stop using FedEx. The sad part is this is an overnight shipment.

  This Fedex Location is always messing up my Shipping and they do not update there shipping information. This is the 4th Package out of this location that has been delayed for overnight and 2 day Shipping.

  FedEx is the WORST shipping company. I thought it was just the stop in Ellenwood GA, but it’s just as bad here in Montgomery. My package was out for delivery on 12/29. Then I get an update saying that there’s a request to hold it. Which is a lie. Then it showed that it was out for delivery today 12/30, and I get an update at 10pm saying that they attempted to deliver but no one was home. The package doesn’t require a signature, and I have a doorbell camera. So they blatantly lied because they were too lazy to complete their work. So now they’re saying they can give the driver instructions. They don’t need instructions to do what they should do. I hate when companies use FedEx. This is not the first time. I’ve lost perishable foods and I needed something else that came late.

  If I could give a zero I would. Thomas the driver has stated on the web tracking that we were not available for delivery of my husband’s cancer meds. My husband had been in our home for 3 days waiting on deliver, which continues to change and then state we were not here. This is a priority medical cooler. We have this delivered once a month for well over a year with this same issue stating we are not here to sign when we are. We do live in a rural area, and the house sit back off the road, but you can see it from the road. We have been called to the gate to get the package at times and other times we meet them in the front of the house because our alert dogs let us know when someone is here. The driver attached the same blurred picture of nothing when stating he had been to our home. The complaint is on the driver. My husband put his out to make sure they knew we were here. Our neighbor’s door cam does not show anyone coming on our street nor does our driveway cam.

  Package was supposedly delivered to me on 12-17. Picture of delivery was clearly not my house. Showed package in a shed. I don't have a shed. Delivered by Hunter. I am sure the person who got the package will not return it and enjoy my Christmas gift. FedEx should do a better job than this.
