I rate them a 1 only because there are no 0's. Fedx has to be the worse transit system ever.

I have called over 50 times and each person including supervisor doesn't care. This driver also forge my signature and I report it nothing change. This driver still forge my signature on my packages. Sad things about this, I am at home every day and get a text when delivery to front door with picture. Crazy, bc my door is open and my screen door is windows so I can see and it's a lie each time. Every other delivery company comes to my house but not fedex
