The counter worker was very rude to the woman in front of me and wasn't much kinder to me. After waiting my turn, I didn't even get the help I needed to ship my package. I had a QR code to scan for a printed label. Apparently, the internet is not working. She didn't offer to assist me in another way and didn't say much of anything after just saying the Internet didn't work so I left on my own accord. Before even finishing with talking to me she turned away and started talking to a worker, ignoring me. Terrible experience.
