- JBJohn BookerMar 23, 20253.0Friendly in person and on the phone. At the end of January 2025 I began renting a P.O. box at this location. After not receiving any of the usual junk mail I normally received I called and spoke to a wonderful person about not receiving any mail for the entire month of February. She assured me it would be looked into. It's now almost the end of March 2025 and still no mail in my P.O. box. Now my question is we're is my monthly bank mail?, utility mail? Guess I'll call again.
- SRsam ranMar 21, 20251.0Horrible! Missing packages, opened package,etc... Call the Monroeville post office to report it & get someone with a nasty disposition. I have informed delivery & the mail carrier says the package was left in the mailbox, I am sitting in my car looking at the carrier only leaving mail. My package wouldn't have fit in the box. It's only been a short time in the year & I already had to call several companies & say I didn't receive my package. We now have to request & pay more to have our package delivered by UPS in fear it may not make it to our address through USPS.

If a package is "too large or heavy" (as determent by the carrier) they will NOT deliver no matter if it is for the business, private or a guest even if oversized delivery was paid for. This has been a problem for some time and it's getting worse. People have things shipped for a reason and the postal service should do the job they get paid for!!! - no wonder people use UPS & FedEx
