The only people that are nice are the 2 gentlemen and bless their hearts with what they have to deal with. If you dont want to do your job then you should find new ones. The worst part is the manager Angela is the rudest one of all!!!
- SRsam ranMar 21, 20251.0Horrible! Missing packages, opened package,etc... Call the Monroeville post office to report it & get someone with a nasty disposition. I have informed delivery & the mail carrier says the package was left in the mailbox, I am sitting in my car looking at the carrier only leaving mail. My package wouldn't have fit in the box. It's only been a short time in the year & I already had to call several companies & say I didn't receive my package. We now have to request & pay more to have our package delivered by UPS in fear it may not make it to our address through USPS.

- WBWanda BradleyJul 18, 20212.0Management needs to follow up with their customers regarding issues. Issues in the past with delivery of packages. Example, package scanned to my mailbox as delivered. However, package was not really delivered. At times, letters in my mailbox aren’t picked up. The flag is up to notify mail delivery driver there’s a letter in box. This weekend, important letter wasn’t picked up. I do not trust our postal service when mailing bills to be paid. I personally drop into depository inside the post office. What happened to years ago when the service was dependable??
