  Always have a pleasant time here! In and out very quickly and the two women I usually see working here are always kind to me. I usually take my Amazon returns here and never have any issues!! Definitely a great place 👌

  First of all, I have used this store for 4 years. This first few years were good, but, much like UPS itself, things have gone down hill over the last 2 years. At present, the staff is consistently unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. Last month I shipped a package from this location paying extra for overnight delivery. It went to Louisville, Ky when it was supposed to go to Atlanta. Then eventually was re-tracked to the correct city and finally delivered 1 week later. I called and asked for a partial refund and this store refused stating, "We are not responsible for UPS mistakes." Umm, you are a UPS STORE, LOL. Today I had a package delivered there via UPS. It was a valuable package and needed a signature. UPS notified me that it had been delivered an hour before I arrived. Lady at the desk asked my name, looked to 3 seconds, and said it was not there. Said it must be at the other UPS on Airport. I then pulled up the UPS notice and showed her that it was indeed delivered to this store. The other woman working looked around for 20 seconds and found the package. They then proceed to charge me 10 dollars "holding fee" for holding it for 1 hour and almost sending me to the other UPS instead of actually looking for the package. I commented politely that it seemed strange to charge me 10 dollars to hold a package for 40 minutes and almost send me to the wrong store and the worker snapped back at me, "doesn't matter, you owe us 10 dollars." So, I paid it. Now the real funny thing is the package required a signature. That is why I had it delivered to this store. Problems is, THEY NEVER ASKED FOR MY SIGNATURE. They never asked for my ID. They didn't even ask for the tracking number. I could have been anyone; all I needed to pick up a $2000 dollar package was to know my name. Finally, no one ever says hello, how my I help you, thank you, nothing. Just an unprofessional store befitting of a company that has been on the decline for the last few years. MY ADVICE, FEDEX.
