When we asked where the person was to get our passport because we had an appointment. The lady at the desk said. "Oh she just called to see if her appointments are here. She's on her way." What is the point in making an appointment if the people that work here can't get to work on time. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend coming here if you can go somewhere else.
