- CTCassandra TylerJun 18, 20221.0I've received email messages and paper notifications about delivery attempt of packages. If the mail doesn't fit in the mail box the rep keeps going. Rep doesn't even get out of the mail truck. They use my dog as an excuse and she is chained on the carport and cannot reach the front. There is a sign above the large package drop box on my front porch for deliveries. UPS, FedEx other servicers deliver my packages consistently and leaves them on the front porch. So why doesn't the USPS Rep drop packages accordingly?

- RDRainy DayAug 9, 20111.0Several times I have had priority packages not delivered. There is no reason that a priority package coming from North Carolina should take a week and 2 days to arrive. Heck even if sent first class it shouldn't take more than 3, maybe 4 days. One day the carrier didn't even deliver a package. I actually saw him drive off and stopped him at my neighbors box to inquire about my mail. When I saw a package for me beside him. Its sad that the United States Postal service can't find better employees. I wish there was other ways to send and receive my mail, cause if I could fire the post office I would.
