Walked in to pay for a money order and was told they don't offer money orders? Pretty sure I was just refused service for something they should clearly provide. Update: Received a money order from the Bel Air location, quick & easy

My packages are always lost misplaced put in someone else mailbox. I’m really sick and tired of the nonsense and the irresponsible mail service. I use to deliver mail I know how hectic it can be but constantly misplacing packages to a person that receive them daily is unacceptable.

I've been expecting a package containing my cat's cremated remains for over a week now. When I called the crematorium on July 1st to ask when I should expect to receive said package, they informed me USPS had attempted to deliver yesterday and I wasn't there to sign for it, which was true, I was at work. However, there was no notice at my door that USPS had been there, and I received no notification from my video doorbell that anyone was on my porch at all that day. The following day, July 2nd, I came home to a notice on the door from USPS saying they had attempted to deliver the package but I wasn't there so they'd try again July 3rd. I was home ALL DAY July 3rd and USPS never came to my door. Of course the following day was July 4th so they were closed. I attempted to reschedule my delivery through their website for several days and was told the service was currently unavailable. When you call USPS customer service, all you get is a robot telling you to reschedule on the website. I can't very well do that if the website says that the service is currently unavailable, now can I? The notice I received stated I could pickup my package in Chunchula.... which is utterly ridiculous because this post office is 8 minutes away from my home and the crematorium is 15 minutes away, so why was the package listed in Chunchula??? Come July 8th, I finally called the crematorium to ask when they figured the package would be returned to them so I could just pick it up from them. I explained everything I had experienced in regards to the delivery, and they were concerned. They offered to call USPS on my behalf and I allowed it. They called me back within the hour to let me know that the package was, in fact, located at THIS post office 8 minutes away from my house 🙃. Had this information been on the notice left at my door, I could have gone to pick up the package over the weekend and been done with the whole ordeal. I normally have no issues with getting mail and packages delivered to my address, but getting a package that requires a signature upon delivery is a NIGHTMARE. I'm just trying to get my cat's ashes back so I can lay her to rest. USPS, I know you recognize the name of the crematorium on the shipping label, and I think it's disgusting how inconsiderate and unhelpful you've been during this heartbreaking time for my family. God forbid I have to cremate another pet anytime soon, but if I do I'll be sure to tell the crematorium I'd rather just come pick up from their office instead of trusting USPS with anything important.
