A lot of the negative reviews on here have nothing to do with this location and are geared towards driver’s which come from different post offices. Just because you live by this post office doesn’t mean a driver from the location is delivering your packages. You also cannot call this location directly so those complaining of constantly calling and getting no answer, all post offices you have to call the 1-800 number 🤦🏽‍♀️ Location wise, the women that work here are always very pleasant when I come here. There are only about 3-4 that I regularly see working at this location. I have never had any issues with THIS LOCATION. If you have issues with your packages and deliveries, please call the 800# before you leave a negative review for a company. Packages get sent to distribution centers and just because you live by this location doesn’t mean someone at this particular USPS is delivering your packages. This location is so small it probably only has about 5 regular drivers. This location is very small as it’s located by the Airport. Yes, you can 90% guarantee when you go you’re going to be in a line because there is usually 1 person at the counter and if you’re lucky, 2. This location probably only fits about 10 people comfortably in the lobby. I would also HIGHLY avoid this location during the holidays if you’re claustrophobic because the line inside wraps around like a spiral 🌀 and it’s gets claustrophobic and since it’s sometimes cold, people don’t want to wait outside so they all cram inside like sardines. A lot of the bad reviews I’m seeing for this locations seem to be issues not even related to this location as a whole but to the whole USPS system or either issues that any human can make a mistake on. Please check and verify where your packages are coming from because just because you live by this location does not mean they’re delivering your packages. I get packages delivered by my regular mail carrier and sometimes I get them by someone in a raggedy jeep with a magnetic USPS sticker on their car (almost like a DoorDash person for USPS).

I paid for two large envelopes to be delivered on October 6, 2025 and neither recipient has received there package. That was exactly 15 days ago and I can't get anyone on the phone to help me!!!

I watched these postal workers pull up in front m of my house and did not deliver my packages and put a notice that said obstructed mailbox. When I came out to confront them, they sped off. And on another occasion, they stuffed and item in the box and damaged it due to the item being too large for the box and them folding it up to make it fit because they were too lazy to bring to the door.

Packages that don’t fit in the mailbox rarely get delivered. I get the constant front door or driveway not accessible. I would not care if they just left the packages by my gate that’s always open. I’m disabled and have everything shipped so it’s a big problem when stuff isn’t delivered and I have to find someone to go to the post office to pick it up.
