- MBMelissa BowersJul 25, 20252.0I went into the UPS Store on Old Shell Road to handle several things. I had a form I needed to send to a Gov't Office. I asked the clerk if she could witness it for me. She took it & signed it & I made a copy. She then said there would be a $5.00 witness fee. I told her she didn't mention there was a $5.00 charge when I asked her to sign it. I would never agree to that. It took her 2 seconds to sign her name. I could get anyone to do that for free! No notary involved or anything. She never apologized for the confusion or anything. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a long time. There are many other places that provide the services they do! And I doubt they charge $5.00 to sign a form! I will never go to that store again.

They are condescending and abrupt as if customers are distracting them from doing something more important. Since my last experience with this annoying behavior, I limit my interactions to Amazon returns, which are rare.

Went in for a simple drop off of a Verizon phone return using the Verizon provided box and shipping label and the owner/attendant require that I buy a new box from him before shipping. Took to another UPS location and dropped off with no problem. This is obviously a scam
