Helpful, kind and patient. I had no idea how to return this Amazon package and the girl was so nice to me and help me the whole way through. They had a line, phone calls and took every single call and person with a smile. Thank you UPS Store!

Had a package that was shipped to me via UPS and brought it back to UPS store to return to sender in it's original shipping box and was told by the associate that it couldn't be shipped because it identifies the contents and had to purchase 2 bags for $10 to cover the box! Ridiculous and stupid. If it was shipped and delivered to me in the original box, I should've been able to ship it back the same way. Double standards are unacceptable and not necessary! This needs to be rectified immediately.

The manager of that establishment should instill good customer service, since they criticize you for not speaking English; that's called discrimination. There's a female employee who laughs; they should take action regarding this.

Very rude ( specially a specific employee ) I used to like coming to this one but I rather go to another one, even if I have to drive further, that appreciates their customers

Extremely rude manager!! Rebecca Bullock screamed, yes screamed, at me because I asked about an unknown “pickup” charge. She yelled when answering questions and when I asked her name and title. Other customers were visibly shocked. The manager needs to be fired, she isn’t professional and unable to operate in a managerial position in this environment. I came in to pickup a package that was delivered from VistaPrint. I gave the tracking info to the employee. She said one of her coworkers signed for it,She comes back with the package and it has a blank receipt paper on top, with “$5 pickup” written on it. She tells me it’s a charge to pickup, I asked why because this is news to me. I ordered from vistaprint and this is the location that was first provided when I entered my address. She tells me she doesn’t know.anyone would be confused after placing a print order, paying shipping,&then coming to pickup at the location the company provided, being told there’s a fee for simply being picked up to which the employee can’t even tell you why. She goes to ask a coworker who also says they don’t know, “probably because it’s not an access point” that coworker then yells across the store to the manager and asks her why. The manager, Rebecca says “why? I don’t know that’s just what it is” . The employee helping me says “did you hear her? That just what ups system does and if this isn’t an access point then that’s why” I repeated to her that this location is the access point that vistaprint chose when I entered my location. She continues to say idk, so I asked for a manager or someone who does KNOW something as to why there’s a random charge written on a piece of paper. The manager comes over, again says she doesn’t know, yells “you can’t just ship to an ups store if you don’t have a mailbox” she YELLED this. There are many other customers in the store. I again told her that I didn’t just randomly ship to this store, I ordered on vistaprint, this is the address they chose, that I also paid shipping. As I am telling her I am also going onto vistaprint to show her that this location is indeed an access point.I am speaking out loud reading the website “input your address”, I am looking down at my phone while doing so, the manager YELLED “WHY WOULD I PUT MY ADDRESS IN”, I told her I wasn’t speaking to her that I was reading aloud what I was seeing on my phone. I show her that it says this location is an access point to my address & she YELLS again “YOU CAN NOT SHIP TO A UPS STORE,THEY SHOULD HAVE SHIPPED TO YOUR HOUSE, DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT”. After she has yelled at me numerous times I quietly asked for her first and last name, she tells me again “DO YOU WANT TO PICK IT UP OR NOT” as she picks up my package and starts to walk away as if she wasn’t going to allow me to get the package, I calmly tell her yes but I would also like your name and position. She again is yelling her name now, I asked for a pen to write it down she told me no, a customer handed me a pen. I asked Rebecca did she have a piece of paper I could write it on she again tells me no, she is yelling all responses from a different side of the store at this point. I type in my phone instead asking the spelling & position, she is still yelling her name & every response. There are customers in the store, I am speaking quietly and calmly. To have a manager yell so loud and rudely to a customer is so unprofessional & does not represent the store well at all. I paid for the pickup & told her to have a blessed day. This type of behavior isn’t of manager status. I saw her act in a rude tone to the same customer that handed me the pen, when I was standing in line. Just look at the reviews. If she didn’t know what the charge was for or had no control over it, she could have simply and nicely said “I’m not sure, that’s just what UPS does, but if you need it I’d suggest just paying it and contacting vistaprint about it”. That is a response a manager would give, not screaming Her behavior was of an irate, unemployed, individual who has no business representing a store.
