  I paid $55 to send a package they told me would be there Wednesday. It’s Friday now and there is not even tracking available on the package

  I went in and asked if they could print one black and white label. They had a customer already on their one computer. The lady was working with other customers which was fine because it was not a pressing issue, but it couldn't be ignored how annoyed she was with my request. Her attitude was condescending at best. So what was the charge for this terrible experience where employee number 212543 shared her bad day with me? 26 cents for 1 copy(what I normally pay at the other UPS store) and $2.50 for "15 minute computer use time". I wasn't going to make an issue out of it because there were other people in the store, and there was no need to spread this negative energy any further. Besides, I know the employees at the other UPS stores carry themselves differently. This woman did not seem like someone who was going to lose an argument. I rarely leave negative feedback, especially when I have not given the employee the chance to resolve the issue, but this seemed to be a very deliberate and well-practiced habit that probably has affected other customers befo,re and surely will not be stopped by a little old me.
