Very helpful in modern age of tech when things get hung up sometimes. Need ramp and reserved parking though. This end of shopping center is not friendly to those with mobility issues. Needs beautification as well. Rather dreary shopping center. Glad UPS is there.

But the other two times were awful due to the poor customer service I received by the lady at the counter. She seem like she didn’t want to be at work. I mean I understand, who wants to be at work on or before the holidays but come on now fake it until you make it. I work in customer service so I how how it feels but that attitude isn’t it. Especially the attitude she had the third time I came in asking for assistance. Her remarks were “oh lord and oh my gosh, that’s too much” huffing and puffing as if I was asking her to do some real work. I just got a few labels missed up with the package it went to. I know sometimes we may have a bad day but not every visit when you are working it’s not pleasant.
