    Called ahead of time to see if notary would be available, it was confirmed. When I arrived the staff said the notary went to his car. Waited and nobody came. Sign said "notary available any time"

    I have always had a very pleasant experience at this UPS Store location. They may be under staffed some days, but everytime I walk in the associates acknowledge my presence and say hello. If there is no one at the front, someone always comes from the back in less than a minute or so. They always seem to have a steady flow of customers and I'm sure they have rushes as well, but they always are prompt and get me out the door in no time. I started going to this location after a bad experience at the other Airport blvd. UPS store at the loop. The associates always treat me well, and have helped me out when I did not have a box. I keep coming back to this location even though getting in and out of the parking lot can be a pain with typical Airport Blvd. traffic. It's worth it when you get good customer service compared to the other locations.

    Horrible service. People standing around doing nothing and offering no solutions. Only 2 customers waiting with 2 associates and service still took forever.
