They may be under staffed some days, but everytime I walk in the associates acknowledge my presence and say hello. If there is no one at the front, someone always comes from the back in less than a minute or so. They always seem to have a steady flow of customers and I'm sure they have rushes as well, but they always are prompt and get me out the door in no time. I started going to this location after a bad experience at the other Airport blvd. UPS store at the loop. The associates always treat me well, and have helped me out when I did not have a box. I keep coming back to this location even though getting in and out of the parking lot can be a pain with typical Airport Blvd. traffic. It's worth it when you get good customer service compared to the other locations.
