  Very bad customer service! I went in to mail a cashier's check and the girl that helped us had really horrible customer service, like you could tell she did not want to be there. She asked what kind of shipping I wanted and I asked what the options were and she quoted $60 up to $247 to mail a single cashiers check. I thought I heard her wrong so asked if she had said $60 and she said yes that was the cheapest and then proceeded to lie and say that UPS prices are currently neck in neck with the post office. Just FYI - you lost my business, we did not ship with UPS. We went to the post office and did a priority mail envelope for $11.95. It's fine if you want to charge that amount for shipping, but your employees should at least be pleasant and honest.

  Was in on 2/9/2026. TERRIBLE customer service at this location. Some thin, multi colored hair girl who looked like she hated the world grumbled, "Just leave it on the counter." There was no greeting as customers entered the store. There was no "thank you" as customers exited the store. And certainly no eye contact, smiles, or happiness in any form. Is working for UPS or perhaps having a job period, that horrible??? They definitely need an employee meeting regarding customer service & moral.

  The only UPS store I'll use! They are always so friendly and helpful. The manager always has a smile on her face and makes you feel right at home.

  I went in to get a letter notarized and after waiting for a while the notary REFUSED to notarize my document because she claimed it wasn’t a place for her to sign. I told her the courthouse clerk said it could be notarized right under the signature and date but she still refused to notarized the court document. The notary didn’t give the white lady ahead of me any problems with notarizing her documents but she FOUND a reason why to not notarize my documents. I went right down the street to the Loop location and the notary notarized it right away without any hesitation. I will continue to patronize at the Loop or any other location except this location in the future. Clearly the owner doesn’t care about all the awful reviews nor losing money because they’ve employed the same rude, unprofessional staff for a while now. *****Update****** I emailed the owner as they stated in their response two weeks ago and I haven’t heard ANYTHING back from them. So basically, the response was to act as though they cared about the incident and was concerned on what took place when actually they REALLY don’t care. Like I stated above, I will take my business to another location where I feel my business is more appreciated!
