If i owned this franchise i would clean house and start over. Every employee was rude. They have failed to grasp the concept that it is possible to be efficient, friendly, and welcoming all at the same time. If i am forced to use UPS again (as i was this time), i will have no problem driving further to a different store

The other was tending to someone at the time and was friendly to her. As soon as the lady left, the attendant did not address me to ask what I needed. I walked up to the counter, still no pleasantries. Only thing she said to me was “you gotta make it bigger” referring to the QR code. Once she scanned my items, she mumbled something. Maybe good. Maybe ugly. Who knows. Last time I was there, they blindly quoted me $35 to Mail something that USPS turned up charging $10 to mail. SMH. Like they didn’t want my business. Don’t expect pleasant or prompt service. Amazon returns are probably what is keeping them in business. Why be so sour about it?
