    Big thanks to the helpful employees here. I was struggling with my large package and a helpful employee met me at the door to help. The person who took my information was kind and helpful. Clean uncluttered store. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!

    should be very unprofessional for FedEx to lie to the customers about delivery dates...... expedited shipping was paid for a telephone and it was told it was going to be showing by 8:00 end of business day on 10/29.... when my package has been sitting down there since 9:00 am on 10/29..... and here it is 8:31 p.m. on the same day and still no package like the shipping tracking number is saying it is

    Fedex Driver was parked in my driveway for 5 minutes. I waited for the driver to have me sign for my package. When I went outside to meet the driver they took off out of my driveway without delivering anything. I called customer support for help and they hung up on me twice on two different calls. And now the map was disabled on my tracking and I can't see where my package is. I have work today and I can't wait around for my package all day, it's signature required. Terrible customer service.

    I tried calling the local store and it just goes directly to the 800 number you cannot speak to a customer service representative. It's a pain in the butt and not happy with their customer service number. It's all automated don't bother calling them because they won't answer
