You get paid to get out of the vehicle to deliver packages that don’t fit it the mailbox, yet not only do they not get out of their vehicle, they either deliver to the wrong address because they don’t pay attention to the mailbox number on the mail or package. I had mail to be delivered today and she passed right by and came back and STILL didn’t give us our mail. This is not the only time I have had this issue. Yall need to hire someone who wants to work!!

The woman who checked me out, I wish I got a hold of her name, was so polite, fast and sweet to me and my girls. She gave them a lollipop, and awesome USPS coloring book for being good kids for waiting. Very pleased with this post office. I will make this my home base, even though I live in Prattville.
