- KAKristi AlfordMay 27, 20221.0Refuses to deliver packages that cannot be stuffed into the mailbox. Before the postal worker even leaves the deatsville postal office. Tells Amazon lies. Today it's the same as last week " driveway was blocked. " The mail doesn't even hit our road until after 3pm. You go to the Marbury to get your packages the door says they open at 8am. Last Wednesday they didn't open til 920. Called the postal service department. I was told after I complained. That she's just in a call center. And I have to have a paper trail to have a complaint. I have been calling the 1800 number atleast 3x a year. And there is no paper trail of my calls or complaints. I have also let Amazon and the other companies that I ordered from of my packages not being delivered EVERYTIME..So I am paying for shipping or the companies pay for my shipping and I still have to go get my own packages that are sitting in Marbury post office. And wait for them open. The postal is almost an hour from my house.
