I just recently started selling things on Ebay and I'm still very unfamiliar with the whole shipping process. This lady apparently saw it as an opportunity to make some money for the post office. Not only did she tell me to use the envelopes that cost an extra two dollars(which i didnt know till after they were packed up and sealed and she actually told me I couldn't switch to the free ones at that point. I also asked about shipping materials to take home with me and she again acted like the free stuff just wasn't a thing and that i would have to pre pay for the envelopes. It was awful. She made a stressful situation for me even way more stressful. Now I'm scared to go back.

Not only was he extremely rude and condescending towards a customer ahead of me, he continued to treat me as incompetent. I am a highly intelligent business woman who had four small and simple packages ready to go. All he needed to do was print labels. As I set my packages on the counter he rudely insulted the manner in which I set my packages onto the counter gently. He insulted me in front of an entire line as I was nothing but kind an and cooperative. He then proceeded to comment on the fact that his small labels needed much larger room for placement, which proved to be incorrect. He lacks manners and basic respect. I understand that we all have bad days but his attitude was unacceptable towards multiple people. It took everything within me to hold back my tears as my four year old is begging me to please go back to the car due to his aggressive communication and inconsiderate tone. He left my child feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. He lacks self-awareness and basic human courtesy. His manners are beyond anything I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t complain if this wasn’t the second instance he has demonstrated such unacceptable behavior. This is my fist complaint I have ever left as a review. I felt bad for the two individuals before me and it took everything within me to maintain my calmness and not stoop to his level saving him embarrassment announcing his lack of respect, integrity, and downright rudeness towards others, myself and in front of my young child. I am a kind human who demonstrated kindness despite his utter disregard and rudeness on how his actions and words impact others. I will NEVER step foot in my hometown post office ever again WHICH IS 2 MINUTES from my home. He needs anger management and serious classes on how to treat others as human beings. I am appalled and disgusted in his behavior and rudeness. Not to mention he was slamming and tossing my packages like they were garbage. I will never step foot in Magnolia Springs Post Office again. I sincerely hope you hire employees who model basic humanity, humility, and kindness. What I witnessed today would result in me immediately firing my own employees. I hope Magnolia Springs reconsiders the type of characters within individuals they are hiring as a representative for their team. He gives your entire business a BAD REPUTATION!
