- JDJennie DupuisJan 22, 20265.0I don't need to go to the Post Office in person much anymore. However, the young lady & gentleman (wearing the Saints jacket) were so helpful & friendly! I needed a copy made of the bill I was mailing & heard, "No problem!!" I wanted my mail hand canceled so I could take a photo of it. Again I hear, "Of course!" They even helped the lady behind me who had run out of tape sealing her pkg. Let's just say if I didn't already live nearby, I'd go OUT OF MY WAY to visit the Magnolia Springs location! Looking forward to my next visit!

I just recently started selling things on Ebay and I'm still very unfamiliar with the whole shipping process. This lady apparently saw it as an opportunity to make some money for the post office. Not only did she tell me to use the envelopes that cost an extra two dollars(which i didnt know till after they were packed up and sealed and she actually told me I couldn't switch to the free ones at that point. I also asked about shipping materials to take home with me and she again acted like the free stuff just wasn't a thing and that i would have to pre pay for the envelopes. It was awful. She made a stressful situation for me even way more stressful. Now I'm scared to go back.
