If your mail is not being delivered to your mailbox, even if you have informed delivery and it reports it should be arriving, don't expect them to even get out of their chair to check if you have any mail being held at the office. Was told by the guy behind the counter that they don't hold mail but USPS reports they will hold it for up to 10 days. He seemed to actively not want to help and was absolutely rude.

I was called to the counter and I asked a question and he said he didnt have time to help me.. he had customers to help. I AM THE CUSTOMER!! When he finally did help me he was all sarcastic and rude. I spoke with the postmaster, who couldnt care less either. Defund the USPS. Theyre obviously a waste of money.
