He told me I had to remove the old label completely myself. I removed most of it, but a small part was still under the tape. He kept insisting I remove every single piece. When I asked what the problem was with placing the new label over the old one, he said it was “illegal.” That is simply not true. Other UPS and postal offices do this without any issue. I have shipped many packages before and never had this problem. Extremely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional behavior. I will not be using this location again.
