- AFAubrey FoxNov 13, 20255.0I was doing a last minute print for my wedding and I called the store and asked if there was anyway to get the print before the estimated time. The store employees where absolutely amazing and stated they couldn't promise anything but it should be done earlier. However they mentioned one of their printers were out of services for what I wanted but that they did have a back up, it just may take long. These wonderful people got started on my order and found that their back up printer was leaving streaks on my prints. They called me up and told me in a timely manner. I was able to sent the order to another store without any issue. I think one of the employee's names was Justin. God bless Justin, hope you prosper in everything you do in life! If that is not your name, you should know who I am since I accidentally called back thinking y'all were the other store. Also they answered the phone 2 minutes till closed. I've worked retail and I have had many coworkers ignore the phone after 10 minutes to close.

He then followed her to help her find something and demeaned her by saying “you’ll never find it on your own” SO crazy the disrespect. Corporate will be hearing about this. My mom is a very kind lady and there is no reason to be in a customer facing role if you are going to treat people like this.
