- SBSara BuieOct 14, 20251.0I would give -10 stars if I could. This company is TRASH. The driver for my route CONSISTENTLY delivers to the wrong address. My address is 6301 and he delivers to 6200. It is a totally different apartment complex. The driver was told that he was at the wrong apartments by the apartment manager, and he still left my packages. Why is he consistently delivering to the wrong address? Can he NOT read? Fedex has given me the run around while I was trying to figure out where my package had been delivered to and who signed for it. This has been an absolute nightmare as the packages are valued at over $1000. I have sent a demand letter to Corporate, and I have also let Fedex know, that if my package is not delivered to me TODAY by 12pm that I am going to the media. Because why is your route driver consistently delivering to the wrong address? Customer service claims they did not have a working phone number for the Distribution Center which is a load of b.s. CORPORATE is ALWAYS able to reach a distribution hub so Fedex try again. The media is on standby because this is a MAJOR problem in this area. DONOT USE FEDEX in the Huntsville Alabama area.

My package has been sitting in a truck 40 min from my house in Maddison AL the past 10 days and So I can’t get them to secure drop it where I can pick it up since it’s already on the truck and they won’t deliver it or let me speak to a representative- Scheduled delivery was over 10 days ago and still my package hasn’t moved . Do NOT use FEDEX- I am in high need for my package for the project and it involves perishables so I may have to go make another purchase and loose money plus completely having to redo my schedule and the hours spent calling , trying to contact fedex for support and they won’t even let me speak with a representative or file a claim !! I will not recommend anyone to use FedEx !! EVER !!!!! A man from a FedEx label printing store told me that FedEx deliberately has an automated system so that you can’t talk to a representative because they are so awful that they just receive hundreds of complaints a day !!!
