  Seriously! This was the easiest stop/task of the day. I handed them paperwork they scanned my code... they pkgd it. I literally was in and out in less than a minute! That's service.

  The white lady with dreads is so rude to me everytime she delivers. I regret ordering packages because of her AND she broke my last delivery. I miss my previous delivery driver.

  I wish I can give 0 stars the delivery driver drop my package in the wrong address I call them right away they told me they will call me in two days I received a email today say the problem is solved nobody call me I don’t understand where is my package

  The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. I went to drop off some packages and get help tracking another package that has been sitting at thier location for over a week and not moved. The agent at the desk did not want to help me, as soon as I walked in she was on a personal call. She scanned the packages I dropped off and I asked about helping get the other one sitting there and she says "have a good day" acting like she didnt hear me. I said I need help tracking this package and she types the tracking number into her computer and tells me the package is at 510 Production Ave and I need to go there for it. That address is 3 minutes down the road so I drive to that FedEx location, its a gated and locked building that cant be accessed. Thanks a lot.

  I am frustrated beyond belief. I expected a package on Thursday, December 11, 2025, which required a signature. I thought I had missed the delivery Thursday to sign for it. The FedEx app said they would try again the next day on Friday and included a picture of the top of the box for whatever irrelevant purpose that served. So I took off the whole day from my day job on Friday, December 12, 2025, to make sure I was home to receive the package. It never showed up and the app said I was not there to sign the for the package and delivery will be moved to Monday. The next day on Saturday 13th 2025, the app informed me they would attempt delivery so I made a point of again staying home all day to be sure I would receive it . At 2:30 pm the app informed me they tried to deliver the package and no one was there to accept the signature. This time the picture of the delivery location was NOT EVEN A PICTURE OF MY FREAK’IN HOUSE!! The address on the package was correct but they have been trying to deliver it to the WRONG FREAKING HOUSE THE WHOLE TIME!!!! I immediately changed the delivery location to a nearby outlet for pickup and the app said it would there in an hour ON Saturday December 13, 2025. To be sure, I tried to contact a person through the FedEx app and was sent in circles and finally hung up on. I then went to the FedEx outlet where I expected the package to be held and tried to talk to a representative on the phone from there and was hung up on again. The people at the pick up location were kind but told me the truck would not arrive until Monday December 15, 2025. I have now lost $500 of business and a vacation day from work, and stuck at home waiting for two days for nothing because of this fiasco that FedEx has created. Do not believe anything they’re useless app says. If you ever expect a package with a signature, have it delivered to a pick up spot. I have used FedEx extensively with my home business without issue and I am extremely frustrated beyond measure and disappointed with FedEx. Their corporate customer service is not existent, impossible to get a hold and frankly their delivery drivers can’t read.
