- MKMallory KnoxMar 9, 20241.0This PI conducts surveillance on private property without permission of the owners (from private driveways when they are not home without permission), and pulls out suddenly onto roadways in front of the one he is following, requiring split second evasive driving to avoid a wreck, which I have security camera footage and phone recordings to prove and the evidence to show that it was him on both occasions during his surveillance.. Those actions are violations of the requirements to be a PI and any “evidence” taken under illegal activities such as that cannot be admissible as evidence in court, so I would not recommend the fees he asks for if he does not abide by what is strictly required PI conduct.
