- RSRuth SpicerNov 2, 20251.0I'm giving them a one-star rating because of continued issues with their mail delivery system in Lakeland S/D off Highway 59. I have Informed Delivery. I get emails in the morning showing what I'm supposed to receive in the mail for that day of the week. There have been numerous issues over the past four to six months where I do NOT receive an email in the afternoon stating my mail has been delivered. On one occasion, it was a whole entire week! I had an Amazon package that was delivered to my front door this week and did NOT receive an email showing it had been delivered. I mailed a check out-of-state for an insurance bill from my residence mailbox and over two weeks later the company still had not received the check. I went to the Robertsdale Post Office and sent a replacement check via Priority Mail. I was supposed to receive my City of Loxley water bill in the mail Friday. It is now Sunday and has not been received. Thankfully I was able to print a copy of the bill online.

I’ve tried calling for 2 days and nobody has answered. The item was overnight delivery!!! So the bugs will be dead before I can get to them. Horrible!!!!!
