I have noticed that my mail carrier is delivering my mail to my mailbox on some days, and bringing my mail and packages up to my house on other days. As a business owner, this inconsistency has been causing inconvenience and disruption to my operations. I would like to request your assistance in resolving this matter. My team and I are willing to purchase a new locking mailbox and package box for our roundabout drive-thru, which is a quarter-mile long and requires me to cross a highway where trucks drive at 60 mph to retrieve my mail. This is not only inconvenient, but also poses a substantial safety risk. If my child or I get hit by a vehicle take this as notice of intent to file a lawsuit against USPS as well as yourself personally for this negligence. I understand that there are guidelines in place for moving mailboxes, but I respectfully ask that you consider my situation. We are a growing business, and having all of our mail in one place would greatly benefit our operations. I hope you will understand my concerns and offer a solution that works for both of us.
