- PTPatsy TaylorAug 13, 20251.0Service is Bad - I have had my Amazon order at the post office for almost a week - have called asking that they deliver them got a notice in my mail box that my four large Amazon packages would not fit in the mail box and they had to return them to the post office for me to pickup. Tried calling Jemison Post office 6 different times and no answers. Called the 800 number on the notice left in the mail box and that was no help. Not sure why Amazon is using them to deliver package as they are so bad.

It's almost like they want you to visit a post office so that you can help spread Covid 19... They will not let you speak to a human, it's all an automated process... It's very frustrating. I'm just trying to speak with somebody at my local post office it does not give me that option. It asks you if you want to take a survey at the end of the call and it does not give you the option to take that survey it just hangs up. Overall my satisfaction with the United States post office is about the same level of satisfaction I have with United States government. If I could rate it "0" I am would
