  I use ups all the time for various reasons faxing printing sending packages this time I sent a package for my aunt to her grand daughter she is very pleased with your service thus far its her first time using ups.

  Visited UPS in Jasper yesterday to print/scan 2 labels and leave packages for shipping. When I entered the store, there was one associate behind the counter looking at her phone. I was not greeted upon entering the store. I began explaining what I needed. Associate was not helpful in anyway. When I told her that USPS said they could not scan the image of the label, she said “well, they lied.” Another customer came in so I moved to the side to allow him to go before me until I could pull up the labels. That customer was also not greeted. The entire experience with that associate was nothing but rudeness. The entire experience in the store was nothing but rudeness. A younger girl came from the back and helped me. My experience in the store was very uncomfortable.

  Every time I visit the store the customer service team is always efficient and helpful.

  Went in today to return an Amazon package. I didn't have a label so I asked them to print it and they only charged 50 cents that's crazy cheap. I was expecting it to at least be a couple dollars. Fast friendly service. We are lucky to have them in our community. Keep up the great work!
