I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran, now in hospice care and I am being told to change my mailbox bc of the medical supplies being sent from the VA is painful to me. I can rember when the mail persons actually came up the driveway and dropped the packages off on my deck. Where is the courtesy gone, I tried to get the box moved closer to my home but to no avail and now I am given the ultimatum that my service will cease and I will have to go to the PO to get my letters and prescriptions. Wow, this is the respect I get for serving my country to protect and honor the freedom for all!

Jacksonville,AL post office is the worst . Late delivery, packages left out in the rain, packages come off the PO vehicle soaking wet, delivery of a very expensive package left at post office 12/13/25 saying it WAS THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST and that there was an attempt to deliver. That is a total LIE. Our normal carrier has been great and caring. So what is the excuse 😡

People who have written bad reviews must have lived here their entire lives and have no clue how bad the postal system can be. To everyone writing bad reviews, be grateful. I have lived in states where mail isn’t delivered directly to your own personal mailbox. I have lived in states where I didn’t receive mail for over a month after moving there. I have lived in states where there is an average 40 minute wait at the post office. This local post office is AMAZING when compared to the rest of the nation. I am thankful!!

Few complaints about the drivers for seven springs rd for starters they almost never close my mailbox door !!! Then will damage my packages to shove it inside the mailbox !!! Which took some time for me to actually get it out of my mailbox thanks loved that❤️ !!! 😒 Then I can’t get over this I’ve spent a large amount of time and money installing a driveway gate which also has a smaller adjacent pedestrian gate and a very large package box for any deliveries and had signs made to inform any and all delivery drivers there’s a “pedestrian gate” and a “package drop box” but they prefer to throw my packages over the fence on top of the package box !!! Make it make sense please !! I’m so sick of dealing with this issue I’ve done absolutely everything I could to make sure my packages are safe and the drivers know (you have to have signs stating it’s for them) but let’s leave it in the rain !!!!Thanks USPS for letting me down yet again!! Now with my rant over I do have at least one driver that does do their job correctly I don’t know who and won’t but you know who is doing what and to the one that is actually doing what they are being paid by the taxpayers THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! I hate that bad apples ruin it for the good ones !!smh

My mail was left on the ground next to a package. Some envelopes had checks in them. This has happened several times. Customer correspondence that was mailed was never recieved by me. Customer's have has to resend payment due to lost and torn mail. I was behind my mailcarrier and she stopped and put mail in box and drove on. I knew a package was scheduled for delivery, but when I checked mail box there was a note that said attempt delivery. She never pulled into my driveway.
