- JCJoan ColeFeb 2, 20231.0I called and opened an account with crystal springs water. They told me my delivery date and even sent emails to me about the delivery. Then they never showed up. I called the next day and was told ‘the district manager closed my account because they don’t deliver to my area’. Really??!! They didn’t bother to notify my when I stayed home ALL day for the delivery. Don’t trust this company! They don’t care about customers at all. It’s appalling what they did to me. They didn’t even bother to tell me they weren’t coming. I still wouldn’t know it I had not called and talked to 3 different people about it. I would give ZERO stars if I could!!

Inconsistent delivery dates, never receive the number of bottles ordered, rude drivers, the list goes on. I've been trying to cancel the service and have waited over a month to have someone pick up the cooler and bottles. Whenever I call they say someone will be out to pick it up in a few days, but no one ever shows up.

When finally got information, they has only 2 drivers left, one of which is the route manager so they will not deliver to Chilton county until maybe December - already of out water and promised delivery starting 11/8, then 11/11, then 11/12 when I was told it would not be until some time in December. No excuse for such handling without notifications of problems.
