My husband and I had an overnight priority medication that was supposed to get here on Thursday, but ended up getting delayed after one of your delivery driver's stated the address was incorrect, despite me confirming on GPS, and with the customer service representative that it was correct. I literally watched them drive by our drive way and then post that less than 2 minutes later. So now we have a refrigerated $10,000 medication that had been sitting for more than 12 hours on a truck being delayed to the next day. That we needed for an appointment for the next day so my husband can start taking his new heart medication after just getting out of the hospital and having surgery. So we get notified it's going to be delivered on Friday by 8 PM. And we had put in a ticket to prioritize it as a temp and time sensitive medication that was needed. Welp, 8 comes and goes and of course it now says deliver at end of day for Friday. I once again report this and customer rep team says they'll investigate it. Then 15 minutes later, it stated it was delivered and released from having to be signed for (even though the shipper confirmed it has to be signed for) at 1 PM this afternoon. No statement saying where it was delivered or anything. So of course this has now been escalated and we now have been having the customer rep supervisor trying to get in touch with a manager that works here. This place is a joke. Literally, y'all are the one thing preventing my husband from feeling normal again after fighting for 2 years with a heart condition that we've been patiently waiting to get this expensive medication for. Do better cause y'all are pathetic.
