- CNCathy NewmanOct 20, 20255.0Love the Irondale post office. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they follow through when you have a mail issue. (One time my apartment number was missing from my address, so I took a note with the tracking number to the post office and talked to a staff member about it. When the package arrived there a few days later, they caught it, labeled it with my unit number, and the mail carrier delivered it to me without issue. So easy and seamless.)

Staff is awful and if you are a minority be prepared to be treated like a delinquent and not even been able to get a $5 money order without been asked to fill up a form and show your ssn and ID. The most ridiculous thing ever.
