- CNCathy NewmanOct 20, 20255.0Love the Irondale post office. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they follow through when you have a mail issue. (One time my apartment number was missing from my address, so I took a note with the tracking number to the post office and talked to a staff member about it. When the package arrived there a few days later, they caught it, labeled it with my unit number, and the mail carrier delivered it to me without issue. So easy and seamless.)

They need to let the staff from this office help those running the larger distribution downtown. Always kind and helpful at this location. They actually make personal calls to ensure complaints are handled and fixed even when they weren't the staff directly responsible for the issues to begin with. I will continue to use this location for business.
