- MMMargni Margni4 days ago1.0Okay I understand how this goes. Friends, fake accounts, etc doing the ratings. I started to like this store in the beginning until 2 different drop-offs consisting of 2 items each were mixed up through using the self checkout return system or through the staff either being careless or intentionally mixing up more than one return order. I've had Amazon claiming they have received the opposite of the 2 items that were sent and this is on 2 separate occasions. Which caused me to be charged for items that were in fact returned. The first incident I took in as a simple mistake, second incident no not a mistake. I intend on going to a different location from now on. Do what you want with this information.

Which was weird but a small amount. I told her I never been charged for taping. And asked was this new. Then she made a snarky comment saying “we can’t put the box on the truck without tape”. But she did remind me it’s a franchise. So I’ll continue going downtown!
