Terrible service. Rude. Unreliable. Find another way and save yourself the frustration. Management/leadership at this location should be investigated and probably fired for running an apathetic, unprofessional unit. Had a passport appointment made on-line. Arrived on-time and was told no one could process me, to come back in two hours. Came back and they said there was no one available, to come back in another three. Another individual was there who also had an appointment and was sent away bang told to return on Monday after 0900. I went back Monday after 0900 and was told the person who could do it wasn't there, to come back after 1230. I didn't play that game again. When I noted I had been in the previous Frida at the appointed time and they and been unable to assist, they shrugged it off. This level of incompetence and lack of performance should not be allowed to continue. Seems to be NO accountability within the USPS system,

Well send a notification via USPS because these guys play around way too much and don't want to do their job properly by claiming that a driveway or mailbox is blocked when there's been no one on my property. So today I get a update from them that says to grab my media that I ordered from eBay. Within less than 20 minutes of me getting that message. I went right over to the post office as it's right down the street from me. After waiting in line a fair amount of time the representative completely copped an attitude. The second I said I was here to pick up a package when the people ahead of me had missing mail or no information whatsoever. So me coming with all the information in the world thinking that it would make her job easier was not the case as I instantly cost her to have a bad mood for some reason. After having me write my information down, she then proceeds to talk to people in the back while slamming boxes around probably other people's packages and waiting another 15 minutes. She then gets her manager or another employee to ask me what my address is four times stating it plainly and clearly as I wrote it down that they had in front of them to then have her come back after 5 minutes of looking and sling the package at me after handing over my ID. Even though I was given terrible customer service I said. Have a great day and thank you then which I was met with most attitude riddled "mmmhhhh" as she slams the door. God forbid anyone in customer service be the slightest bit polite or be forced to do their actual job. I cannot stress enough how much this post office sucks not only from the infrastructure all the way down to the employees. Avoid this post office at all possible costs.

I had a package that couldn’t be delivered a day before this review that was marked “held at location for pickup”. I went to the store to get it at around 12:16pm and the elderly lady gave me a glare as if I was stupid and asked if a slip was left at the door or in the mailbox and I told her “no”. She goes on to say that it’s out for delivery and should arrive today as if I told her that I did get one. I went to the door beside the counter to pick up my package and was quite patient about it. 3 rings in 3 minute intervals and I decided to leave and actually wait for my package. I get home and the courier has just left my neighborhood. Junk mail, no packages. She basically lied to get me to leave.

This is one of the worst Post Offices I have ever been to. Went there for my scheduled appointment for my Passport only for there to be a line of people that had been waiting since 8:30am. They finally opened the door at 10:15am and had an attitude about it. There photo machine wasn’t working so they send you to Staples to get your photo. The old lady at the front desk had the nastiest attitude to everyone she came in contact with including me. The other lady at the desk kept making smart remarks. They really need to learn how to be more kind to people it doesn’t matter if you are understaffed it doesn’t hurt to be nice to people.

I never ever write reviews because I rarely have anything bad to say about anywhere I go, because I understand not everyday is your day and things aren't always going to go the way you want and not everyone will be kind to you and that's just something you have to deal with. Unfortunately, this is my local post office where all my stuff is handled (more often mishandled,) and I've had a bad experience pretty much every time I've been there. Their staff is horrifically rude and no matter how nice you are or how simple the problem is, they will treat you like your existence is a problem and completely botch the smallest requests. I don't know if they need a raise to lift their moods but please, do something to improve how your customers are treated. Before I even walk in, I'll hear people outside talking about how they're dreading speaking to anyone inside, and I feel the exact same way. I've watched people walk out crying and I myself have walked out crying. I've been laughed at, yelled at, babytalked to, had to overpay on their packaging because they weren't even informed about their own products, and have witnessed completely contradictory enforcement of policies per visit. All of this I've seen every time I went except in one man who thankfully was a shining light in what was almost an expensive catastrophe thanks to the rest of the office's mismanagement. When they cannot deliver packages for any reason, which is often, they do not tell you why or what you can do about it. Thankfully, he let me come, show my ID, and prove that an extremely urgent and expensive package was mine for pickup, which had been lost within their post office after a failed delivery. He went above and beyond to search the whole place to find it. Unfortunately, when I went to locate another undelivered package with an address issue on behalf of the sender, I was not even given the chance to speak regarding my problem, leaving me confused at what was being said to me because I was unfamiliar with the problem and just wanted clarity, and I was subsequently treated like I was suspicious and barely intelligent enough to form a sentence, simply because I was taken off guard and had to change my preparations from what I had been told was policy beforehand, which was proving my identity and doing a pickup. Confusingly, I was able to somehow change the address on my package without showing my ID or proof of address, which is an immense security concern to me, as I could have been anyone, and this was done even under the suspicion I was treated with. I was prepared to pick up my package using this information like was requested of me last visit, and went smoothly with little issue, but instead I was told it would be delivered yesterday using my address change. It has not been delivered, nor is there any change in the tracking, or any communication with me even when my phone number is on the parcel. All of this with my medical supplies inside. It's just exhausting to not even get the chance to be treated like a person here. I wish I could say steer clear but if your mail goes through here, you don't really have a choice. I'll have to go again and expect the same thing without any change. It's fine if there's mismanagement you can't control as a single employee, that's not your fault and I don't blame you for it, things happen, but I just want to be spoken to like a human being about it.
