  This particular day was very quick and easy, just dropped a package off to ship.

  My wife who’s been working at a tax office for over 4 years left close to tears. A very tall intimidating man was chatting with all of the customers ahead of us. He was laughing and joking since today is the last day for taxes that there was a line. My wife, being able to relate, tried starting a conversation with him about how she knows this time is stressful and that she didn’t leave work until after one am. He completely ignored her. Then began to berate her saying that the envelopes were filled out wrong despite her managers (who have been sending mail for over a decade) having filled them out. Then he wanted her to redo them completely until she told him that they were for an irs office but he kept telling her that they needed a person’s name for them to sign as if she would know the staff at the irs office. The card pad showed her a survey for how the service was and he was RIGHT THERE STARING HER DOWN. Obviously she wasn’t going to put the LARGE RED SAD FACE since he hadn’t even finished processing everything. Word of advice: if there’s a young woman, as a human being and especially as a customer service person, cool it down and be kind. Especially as a large, intimidating man. She’s told her managers that the post office wants them a different way, because other post office staff have KINDLY corrected her, but nothing like this.

  Everything about USPS sucks. Delivery is never on time or the employees just don’t care to get things done on time and rather than handling logistics properly everything that gets shipped the people waiting for their stuff take the brunt of it all having to wait longer sometimes up to a week or more because of poor management and execution if I had the option to I’d never have any of my packages ship through usps absolutely absurd! Like how is USPS still in business aside from it being the “Government’s” mail service. Absurd absolutely absurd!

  Polite and efficient service. The building is very dated and looks like the postal service really doesn't care much about maintenance. But the location is not typically crowded and seems to be full service.

  Live in the area over 3 years and it keeps getting worse. They lose packages sent to me constantly, sent elsewhere with no reason. Everytime I have to take an hour out of my day to go tell em and see if they can find it. Out the 32 cities I have lived this has never been a problem
