- RRRW4 days ago1.0I filled out a address change at this location and it was never submitted. I had to fill it out electronically after not receiving my mail for two months.

NO one can help me get it delivered or returned to sender. The tracking record is a mile long. It even has gone to NYC twice.??? I don't know who to turn to, today is April 15th!

I won’t speak on the rudeness because that comes with all post offices it seems, but they allowed me to book a passport appointment, come to the appointment, just to tell me they don’t have a passport agent there. The clerk told me that they haven’t had one since October, but it still allows you to book online. Yeah they said they don’t have the ability to block these dates anymore, but they still have the ability to pick up a phone and tell me not to waste my time coming. I am highly upset with the lack of communication from this facility. It has tremendously affected my upcoming travel plans because I originally scheduled with the whitesburg location, but realized Wynn was closer. Now whitesburg is completely booked within the timeframe I had to get my passport.
