I went to the post office the Supervisor told me there wasn't a main person for my route yet. The issue continued. I get regular mail, flyers, ads, coupons but no packages (big or small). I went back to the office in September 2025. I was told that my route now has a main person. I showed the Supervisor the emails Starting my package was out for delivery then it goes to an "Alert" status. The Supervisor told me she was going to call my delivery person. That was on a friday. By Friday nighy ALL my packages for the week was on my front step. The issue has happened again. In October and now here we are in November and still having the same issue. I put in a hold order from sept 17 to Oct 17 and it was ignored. I continued to get emails that my package was out for delivery but when I went to the post office they couldn't find anything!! Once again, by the end of the day I had ALL my packages on the porch. This time I am waiting on eye glasses for my son. The email said they were out for delivery 3 days ago and still nothing. Regular mail in the mailbox but no package. I had surgery and I am waiting on a piece of equipment. Again email states it was out for delivery on wed 11/12 and still nothing! I don't now what else to do. I shouldn't have to pay extra for a PO Box just to get my mail.
