The last important package I had delivered for Christmas I had to literally walk to my neighbors because she had pulled off without delivering TWO of my packages. Mind you the time before that they said they delivered a package that was never delivered and then a month later after multiple complaints and reports it “mysteriously” ended up in my mailbox

I have gotten keys to my receptacle locker that do not work, so I have not been able to retrieve my mail in weeks. I’ve gone up to the location four times for this same issue. The last two times, I am told by the manager that she is “on her way to my neighborhood to retrieve the packages and sit them on my porch”. Yet, no packages on my porch, as they are still stuck in the locker. I feel like I am just being told things to soothe me over in the moment. I think this locations needs a whole new staff (except for the front desk workers), as they are poor representatives for the USPS. They are frustrating to detail with, and make me roll my eyes every time a package I order is shipped with USPS. UPS and FedEx are top tier delivery partners for a reason, and USPS is filled with people that just need a job, but don’t actually care about their job. Super upset dealing with them.
