Horrible experience, from the people at the counter to the delivery drivers refusing to do simple work.

Why are they so bad? They clearly all hate their jobs and are miserable and want us to be miserable too when we visit. They act like they are TSA, are very rude and are so slow. Nothing is ran efficiently, it's trashy and dirty, the self service machine is always down, the package slots are always jammed and if you need to pick up a package (that they should've delivered TO YOU) then expect to wait forever. The passport process sucks as well and be prepared to be treated and talked to like you're an idiot. Lady at the counter didn't even greet me, just barked at me, "drivers license!" The package I was picking up was marked as heavy so she asked me if I had help to pick it up and I said no, and she insinuated it was too heavy for me, which if it is, that's my problem not hers... heavy is relative. Her attitude overall was not friendly and I carried my package out by myself just fine, thank you very much. 💪🏻 Don't visit at night or after hours either, it doesnt feel safe, the parking lot is dark and the lights blink like vecna is coming. I never, ever enjoy having to walk into this place.

Worst experience to get a passport ever! The guy with a nose ring didn’t want to work. He began to check out customers while it was a line by the passport for walkins and appointments! So disrespectful and when a guy wanted to pay for his passport he said “oh i forgot” so ridiculous! I wish i didn’t have to come back to this place but SADLY every other one is closed! 😡

Does the USPS being a DEI company mean that employees can get away with just about anything?

I went to this post office for a SCHEDULED passport appointment, and after waiting 30 minutes in line, I was told that all passport clerks had called out. I was not notified beforehand, which wasted my time, gas, and energy. On top of that, the staff at the front counter were rude and unhelpful. One employee left for lunch, leaving the other clerk to deal with customers alone. This level of mismanagement is RIDICULOUS.
