It arrived on time from Nevada...but you lot decided since yesterday morning when you scanned it in ...to NOT get it out to the local Post office for delivery today!!! So, instead you changed the delivery frame from Saturday to Monday!! This was the 1st time it actually made on time from the V.A. facility in Nevada to here...and NOW it's LATE because it never moved from Huntsville Distribution Center as of 10.28.25 10:29 a.m. .SMH Thanks!!!

I understand USPS delays due to weather, personnel shortages and massive amounts of on line shipping. Personnel and facilities have not grown to meet on line demands.
