- CPClementine ParfaitJan 27, 20261.0Arrived at 3:45pm. One person working the counter. Line going out into the lobby. She went to take a bathroom break at 3:55. Didn’t come back until 4:15. Clearly trying to wait out the line. Which almost worked! Ten people left in the time I waited. The office was closed yesterday due to potential bad road conditions. The road was fine. The weather was dry and sunny. Today had no weather alerts. It was dry and sunny again. There wasn’t even ice on the roads in the morning. But apparently all the front counter workers called out, except this one. Hopefully everyone who called out today got written up! This location is already closed on Sat and Sun. I don’t have a car and this is the only one I can walk to. I couldn’t come Friday bc of legitimately bad weather. I’ve been trying to mail this eBay order for four days now. If I get a bad review, it will be the post office’s fault :(

When we came back, we were told to re-enter the line, while another customer was allowed to fill out their label nearby without waiting again. This felt unfair. The overall attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. Would not recommend this location.
